Our national office in Ottawa is the center for document apostille or authentication and legalization processes with Global Affairs Canada and most embassy consulates. To simplify the process for you, we provide free priority FedEx overnight shipping from any of our service centers located in major cities across Canada.
If you are not located near an Global Document Solutions service center, don't worry. We have partnered with reliable shipping companies, including Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS, to meet your national and international delivery needs.
For those who require courier return, simply provide us with a self-addressed pre-paid courier waybill and envelope, and we will take care of the rest. Our team is equipped to assist with international courier returns as well. Just let us know your desired destination, and we will handle the rest.
For an affordable and traceable delivery service to or from our office from within Canada we recommend using a Canada Post Xpresspost envelope. Service is usually 1-2 business days to or from any major center in Canada. National and Regional Xpresspost envelopes can be purchased at any of the over 6,500 Canada Post outlets, find the closest Canada Post outlet near you. We recommend that you buy two, one for shipping to us the second include for the return of your document. You can also easily order this service online using Ship-in-a-Click. As a high volume user of the service we receive up to two deliveries a day at our office.
Another important service Canada Post is able to provide is money orders. These are provided in Canadian $ for the payment of legalization fees, which are required by the embassy to complete the legalization of your document.

FedEx is able to provide national or international delivery to or from our office three times daily. Documents can be dropped off for shipping at any FedEx location in the world closest to you.
If you do not have a FedEx account we are able to provide a prepaid waybill on our account for shipping to us, for the applicable fees. If you are an existing FedEx account holder your return shipment can easily be included with our scheduled daily pickups. Purolator Courier delivers to our office daily by 9AM, with a second delivery by 12 Noon and a daily pick up. Find the closest Purolator location to you, in order to send your documents to our office.
